A Touch of Snow

touch of snow like talc
fine powder clings to green pine
creak of antiquated cabin door
breath, a misty fog, accents your words
I hasten to the hearth
ignite the kindling
underneath the split dry oak

a clink of crystal
a sip of Chardonnay
shared smiles as we cuddle
chill chased away
by crackling fire
an orange full moon
in her splendid glory
a shy witness to our deliverance

A kiss unfolds
obliging tongues
tussle together
a titillation
collage of sensual
senses combine
into unity of breathless bliss

A log surrendered to the blaze
layers relinquish to my gaze
transient bedding
of cozy blankets
an alter of love
a respite near licking heat
for lovers to lie tangled
in hedonist joy of flesh

a sultry kiss
covet of closeness
sexual needs betrayed
by rapture in soft eyes
by roll of round hips
by painted talons
tracing my spine

I linger at breasts
hard points, like cherry drops
rolled with tongue
nibbled with teeth
till shaking hands
guide me to sheer wet cotton
a bouquet of carnal desire

imperceptible pull
of last barrier
agonizingly slow
over thighs
knees
to ankles
then kicked aside

Lips to lips
a gentle kiss
encircles hallowed fissure
a tug as I suckle against
confectionery delicates
soft moan as tongue
touches intricate nerves

a sonnet painted
by oscillating tongue
my eyes watch
your twisted pleasure
thrashing curls about pillow
till guttural cry
and feral moans
breaks weighty silence
