Consumed

I am consumed by thoughts of you
Always in my thoughts
Always in my mind
With every passing day

Some days it fills me with joy
Making me happy to be alive
Some days it makes me sad
Feeling like I’ve been poisoned

No matter where I am
No matter what I am doing
You are always there in my thoughts

When I awake in the morning
When I sleep at night
Inside of my dreams
You are there with me
Consuming all my thoughts
