They talk of the times
When women were women
By being controlled
And all men were worthy
Of receiving their will

What is a woman?
A giver to the taker of their soul?
What is a man?
A selfish being who expects the world?

What of the reversed submissions
Where the men serve the women
Now called sluts to the outer spectators
Still little respect is ever paid

With the social status of a child
The woman strives to please their leader
Guilt and fear are her greatest motivation
Hope that the man will unconditionally care

A man who submits to the lady
Known as a sissy
Or unworthy of his gender
Is a true gentleman to the one of whom
He submits

Family, generations of war
Over power and strength
The man is physically stronger
While the woman will not be defeated by
Her own tears

The way of the family
The way of the home
The way of this time
The way of this world
