Lone Wolf

A lone wolf walks through the darkness of night
He is on the prowl until dawns first light
Then he hides within the shadows of day
Hopeing and praying that he will find his way

Not knowing what the next night has in store
Not even really knowing what he is looking for
As the lone wolf walks through the night sky
He pretends that he is all right and holds his head up high

But as a new day starts dreams slip away
You can tell at one look his hope is fadeing away
Living for the night so to dream once again
So he can walk the night and start to pretend

For the lone wolf knows he will all ways be alone
With no real home and no one to call his own
But every night he sets out once again
Trying to find love and some where to fit in
