Where the Lines Overlap Ch. 06

"He's joking," Hank laughed, before quickly stopping and turning to Max, giving him a threatening look. "At least, he better be."

Max raised up his hands in surrender at the verbal warning Hank gave him. I shook my head and continued with my question, "So your theory about gays, you two are included in that analysis?

"Well, yeah," Hank responded to which I had no choice but to chuckle at.

"Kinda narcissistic isn't it?"

"You have no idea. Try living with him kid," Max said, turning out of Hank's arms and away from us.

"Oh come off it, you love me!" Hank shouted back.

I laughed at that. Hank and Max were the first married gay natal couple I knew, so it kinda made me happy in a way to see that they could be happy. It made me wonder if I could one day hope for such a relationship. It also made me wonder whether Taron was in that picture or not. I wanted him to be, but as of that moment, I wasn't sure if that was realistic in the slightest.
