Still writing. More to come. For those who are interested: you may have noticed that I mention music fairly often. That's because I tend to listen to music while I write, so that certain artists/albums become associated with certain stories. Here are some of the connections. Gamers - Peter Frampton - Frampton Comes Alive Wingman for a While - Rolling Stones - Tumbling Dice, Wild Horses The Palace - Dead Can Dance In a Class of His Own - Stones again - Happy, Bitch Roommates - Talking Heads, Pretenders, Buddy Guy Gaming: D&D - Yes (Close to the Edge, Going for the One), Genesis (Selling England by the Pound, Trick of the Tail) Westrons - Mastodon (Crack the Skye, the Hunter) Thanks very much to those of you who rated my stories highly. Westrons (11) and Sounds Good (3) won awards. I spent the money on books. Thanks especially to Alianath Iriad and Lastman 416, my editors. The final product has been much better, thanks to them. More music: Getting Even was written to the sounds of Karma to Burn (instrumental, no lyrics). Smitten: King Weed (the story will come out in late Jan 2022, as part of the Leinyere Project, thanks to Nouh Bdee) Varna (which I'm working on now) Daliborovo Granje (and re-visiting King Weed & Karma to Burn) The Devil's Bargain is finished (written to slow, smokey Blues) Next project: Notomol (3rd Chronicle of Hvad) Hopefully ready to post by late spring or early summer of 2023 As of May, 2023, I'm working on WSIM24B, while listening to Aerosmith's first album (brilliant!) and Get your Wings, plus Led Zeppelin's Physical Graffiti and Presence (Achilles Last Stand fits so well).
