Mother-in-Law Ch. 2

“Wow, that was a great surprise,” I whispered.

“Did you really like it?” she said as she nestled into my arm.

“I sure did, where did you find that stuff?”

“Pat showed it to me at a little shop over on the island.”

Pat, huh “ “Did she buy any herself?” I was curious now.

“Yeah, and a few other things, too,” Mary confided.

“Well, these were five great treats for me,” I said as I kissed her.

“Five?” she sounded confused. “There were only four flavor gels.”

“The flavors were great, but the best surprise was your letting me come in your mouth.”

“Oh that, well – it wasn’t so bad when it tasted like cherries,” she said giggling.

“Why did you run out of here so fast? I pressed on.

“Just to brush my teeth,” she replied. “It wouldn’t hurt you to do that once in a while, you know.”

I gave her a long sleepy “Hmmmmm” and let myself drift off to sleep.
